Terms & Conditions of the BTA MTPL & CASCO Insurance Alexela Gift Card Giveaway

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by the Estonian branch of AAS “BTA Baltic Insurance Company” (registry code 11223507, address Lõõtsa tn 2b, 11415 Tallinn), hereinafter referred to as BTA.

2. Participation in the Giveaway

The giveaway is open to all persons aged 18 or over who purchase or renew a BTA MTPL or CASCO insurance policy during the period from 15.07.2026 to 31.08.2026.

Participation includes both the conclusion of a new insurance policy and the renewal of an existing policy during the campaign period. No separate registration is required — all MTPL and CASCO insurance policies concluded or renewed during the campaign period will automatically participate in the giveaway.

3. Prize

Each week during the campaign period, BTA will draw one Alexela gift card worth €100.

The gift card can be used to pay for fuel (petrol, diesel and gas) and goods at all Alexela service stations and convenience stores.

The terms and conditions and usage options of the gift card are available on the Alexela website: www.alexela.ee/kinkekaart.

The prize will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit. The use of the gift card is subject to Alexela’s gift card terms and conditions.

4. Selection and Notification of Winners

Winners will be drawn every week during the campaign period.

The winners’ first name and the initial of their surname will be published every Thursday between 23.07.2026 and 03.09.2026 on the BTA website www.bta.ee and on the BTA Facebook page.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when concluding or renewing the insurance policy. The winner is asked to respond within 5 calendar days. If no response is received within this period, BTA has the right to draw a new winner.

5. Receipt of the Prize

After the winner has confirmed acceptance of the prize, BTA will send the gift card to the winner within 7 days.

6. Processing of Personal Data

For the purpose of organising the giveaway, BTA processes participants’ personal data, including name, contact details and insurance policy number, on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The purpose of processing personal data is to conduct the giveaway, identify the winner, notify the winner and deliver the prize.

The publication of the winner’s first name and the initial of their surname is carried out on the basis of BTA’s legitimate interest in ensuring the transparency of the giveaway.

Personal data related to the giveaway will be retained for up to 60 days after the end of the campaign period, after which the data will be deleted, unless retention is required to fulfil a legal obligation.

Participants have the right to access their personal data, request correction or deletion of their data, restrict the processing of their data, or object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. General Terms

• Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and is connected only with the purchase or renewal of an MTPL or CASCO insurance policy during the campaign period.
• BTA reserves the right to amend the giveaway terms and conditions by publishing the changes on the website www.bta.ee.
• The giveaway is not connected with, sponsored by or organised by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook).
• The terms and conditions of the giveaway are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes related to the giveaway will first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the participant has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or a court.
