On the home screen, tap on the “Claims” section, then “Submit new claim”, select the insurance policy (e.g., “KASKO”), and follow the steps to fill in the required information until the final step, where you submit the claim.
You can get help in the mobile app by tapping “Menu” on the home screen, then “BTA contacts.” Three contact options will appear: email, phone number, and the option to start a conversation via WhatsApp. Choose the most convenient method and contact BTA to receive assistance.
