Additional information and damage documents

Make sure the documents you submit contain the following information:
service provider, service recipient, service name, quantity, price, date of provision.

Register your claim through the mobile app so that we can review your case as soon as possible. If the app cannot be downloaded, you can also apply in our e-office.
