BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS (BTA) is offering both small and large companies a chance to conclude Health Insurance contract for their employees.

Health insurance is the most valuable bonus for the employees offered by the employers in the labor market within the framework of social guarantee, motivation and loyalty promotion programs.

The voluntary health insurance allows receiving medical services faster, easier, as well as grants access to prophylactic services.

For staff, a Health Insurance policy is important financial support not only taking care of their health on a daily basis, but also a guarantee that, in the event of serious illness, they will not have to ask for financial help from their employer to cover the medical expenses.

To provide our Clients with even wider coverage BTA has decided to be the first Insurance Company in Estonia that will compensate its customers for expenses received in Latvia and Lithuania as well, although the effective contract provides for compensating the expenses for services received in the territory of the Republic of Estonia. This will apply to the received medical services, as well other services, according to the insurance program selected by the employer.

Also BTA offers the widest range of insurance coverage meeting our clients demands. At their own discretion, employers can include in the BTA health insurance policy protection mandatory health examinations and paid medical services compensation both in outpatient and inpatient institutions, optics acquisition, dental service compensation, rehabilitation, sports and other medical service compensation.

About the changes in the Income Tax Law

Based on Income Tax Law effective from 01.01.2018 an Employer, also concluding Health Insurance agreements, is exempt from the fringe-benefit tax for costs up to 100 euros a quarter (400 euros a year).
